返金ポリシー

・ご返品の受付期間は、発送日より7日以内とさせていただきます。 
・未開封の商品のみご返品を承ります。

商品の特性上（衛生面など）、一度ご使用になられた商品は返品はお受けできません。

 
ご返品の際は、必ず事前にお問い合わせフォームまでご連絡ください。 
※事前にご連絡のない商品につきましては、ご返品をお受けすることができかねますので、あらかじめご了承くださいませ。 

お客様都合による返品の際、返送時の送料は、お客様によるご負担とさせていただきます。

・万一発送中の破損、不良品、あるいはご注文番号と違う商品が届いた場合は、返品をお受けいたします。返送料はこちらが負担いたします。

・ Returns will be accepted within 7 days from the date of shipment.
・ Only unopened items can be returned.
・ We do not accept returns for overseas shipments.

Due to the characteristics of the product (hygiene, etc.), we cannot accept returns for products that have been used once.


When returning a product, please be sure to contact us in advance using the inquiry form.
* Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have not been contacted in advance.

In case of return due to customer's convenience, the shipping fee for return will be borne by the customer.

・ In the unlikely event that the item is damaged during shipping, is defective, or is different from the order number, we will accept returns. I will pay for the return shipment.
