利用規約

●お取引について

1．ご注文受付時にお客様に登録いただいた電話番号にお電話にてご連絡をさせていただくことがございます。 
2．お取引は、日本国内に住所を有す方で、かつ当社からご連絡がとれる電話番号をご登録していただける個人の方に限らせていただきます。 
3．お客様との契約は、ご注文商品を当社が発送した時、またはご注文をお受けしたことを当社がお客様に文書にて通知させていただいた時に成立するものとさせていただきます。 
4．商品の品質保証・在庫管理・その他当社の諸事情により、販売購入数を限らせていただく場合がございます。 
5．ご注文受付時のお届け予定は、諸事情により変更となる場合がございます。 
6．当社規定により支払方法変更のお願いや、支払方法を指定させていただく場合がございます。 
7．商品代金の支払い債務の履行遅延、または不履行・返品・その他通常の取引の範囲を逸脱すると当社が判断する行為をされた方は、お取引を中止させていただく場合がございます。 
8．商品の転売を目的とする購入は、固くお断りさせていただきます。お客様が商品を転売目的で購入、営業活動・営利を目的とした利用、およびその準備を目的とした利用をされようとしている、または、されていると当社が判断する場合、お客様との取引を中止させていただく場合がございます。 
9．虚偽登録が明らかになった場合、会員IDまたはパスワードを不正に使用した場合、弊社販売方針にご同意いただけない場合、その他当社が不適切であると判断した場合、事前通知・承諾なしにお取引を中止させていただく場合がございます。

●著作権について 
KURAのWEB上で使用される情報・デザイン等に関する著作権その他知的財産権は、全て当社または当社に使用を認めた権利者に帰属するものとし、権利者の承諾なしに著作権法で定める個人の私的使用の範囲を超えて使用することはできません。

●免責事項 
当社は、当サイトの利用により発生したお客様の損害のうち、売買契約に関するもの以外の損害に対し一切の責任を負わないこととします。

●管轄裁判所 
お客様と当社の間で問題が生じた場合、双方誠意を持って協議し、できる限り円満に解決するものとします。前項の規定にもかかわらず、お客様と当社の間で紛争が生じた場合は、神戸地方裁判所を第一審の専属管轄裁判所とします。

● About copyright
All copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to information, design, etc. used on KURA's website shall belong to the Company or the right holder who has authorized the use by the Company, and shall be stipulated by the Copyright Law without the consent of the right holder. It cannot be used beyond the scope of personal personal use.

● Disclaimer
The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused by the use of this site other than those related to the sales contract.

● Jurisdiction court
If a problem arises between you and us, we will discuss it in good faith and resolve it as smoothly as possible. If a dispute arises between the customer and the Company despite the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Kobe District Court shall be the exclusive jurisdiction court of the first instance.
